Angry & Emotional

The news. Politics. Exes. Traffic. Our mothers. My body is breaking down. Dishes left out on the counter…again. There’s a lot to be angry about. But what is it, really? The fuse was cut short somewhere. Let’s build it back up, and add in some cooling cucumber water while we’re at it.

Constipated

I haven’t pooped all day (or yesterday). When I do, it’s small. And I can’t tell you the last time I had hot, juicy sex. I’m so backed up emotionally and in my body, and I’m constantly running around frantic. If I slow down, I’ll miss out on so much… But Honey, soft and slow is what you need. That, and a little psyllium husk in your morning oats.
